Fiestify Returns and Refunds Policy
Condition for returns
Since we work with one or more suppliers as intermediaries for the sale of products, returns and product claims must be managed according to our suppliers’ policies. Returns are only accepted if the product has manufacturing defects, damage during transport, or if the received item is different from the one ordered. Returns for reasons of change of mind, size, color, or other personal reasons are not accepted.
However, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), customers also have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without the need to provide any reason, as explained in Section 2.
2. Deadline to request a return
The customer has a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to report any incident or request a return. To do so, they must contact Fiestify via email at fiestifyspain@gmail.com, providing the order number and a detailed description of the problem, along with photographs if necessary.
Additionally, to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Fiestify of their decision to withdraw within the same 14-day period by sending an email to fiestifyspain@gmail.com, clearly stating their intention to withdraw. The product must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Unless the product is defective or was sent in error, the customer will bear the costs of return shipping.
Refunds for valid withdrawals will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
3. Management process
Once the request is received, Fiestify will contact our suppliers to manage the return or exchange. It is important to highlight that our suppliers are the ones who authorize and decide on the acceptance or rejection of the claim based on their own conditions and evaluations.
Please note that the original product boxes must be received intact, without stickers or damage.
4. Return costs
Return costs will be borne by Fiestify only when the product is defective or when there has been an error in shipping by our suppliers. Otherwise, if the return is not valid, the costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Refunds
If the return is accepted, the refund will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase, once our suppliers have received and verified the condition of the returned product. The refund period may vary, but generally does not exceed 14 business days from the confirmation of acceptance of the return.
6. Non-returnable products
For hygiene, safety, and health protection reasons, returns of products that have been used, unsealed, or handled after delivery will not be accepted, as well as of items that come into direct contact with the skin, face, or respiratory tract (for example, costumes, masks, wigs, pre-inflated balloons, etc.).
Products clearly tailored to the customer’s specifications may also not be returned.
These products will be excluded from any right of withdrawal, unless they present manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
7. Liability and warranties
The legal guarantees of products, in accordance with Spanish and European regulations, are managed directly by our suppliers. Fiestify does not assume responsibility for defects or failures arising from manufacturing or transport, acting only as intermediaries in claim management.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and in no case covers wear and tear or misuse. Refunds will only be issued for products with manufacturing defects, so customers must pay close attention to products that already show signs of wear or damage.
