Fiestify Shipping Policy

1. Supplier and shipment management
Fiestify operates under a dropshipping model with our suppliers and external logistics operators. This means that the products you purchase in our store are stored, managed, and shipped directly by our suppliers. We act solely as intermediaries in the sale and therefore do not handle or physically ship the products.

2. Shipping times
Delivery times depend on the product and the final destination. Generally, our suppliers process and ship orders within approximately 2 to 4 business days from order confirmation. These times may vary due to stock availability, product characteristics, or external factors such as customs or transport conditions. The exact estimate is indicated on the product page and in the order confirmation email.

2.1. Shipments within Spain
Orders placed from Spain will be managed and shipped directly by our suppliers. The estimated delivery time is between 2 and 4 business days from order confirmation. These times may vary depending on product availability and external circumstances beyond Fiestify’s or our suppliers’ control, such as holidays or exceptional situations. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the purchase process and clearly displayed before completing the order. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package at any time.

2.2. International shipments
For orders placed from outside Spain, delivery times may extend to 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and the type of shipping selected. It is important to note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional charges in the destination country, such as import taxes, duties, or administrative fees. These costs are not included in the product price or in the shipping costs calculated in our store and will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Fiestify does not cover these additional costs or possible delays resulting from customs procedures or local regulations.

3. Shipping costs and methods
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our suppliers during the purchase process and are displayed before completing the order. These expenses depend on the weight, volume, destination, and shipping method chosen. Fiestify does not intervene in setting these costs or in the conditions applied by our suppliers.

For deliveries outside the European Union or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, customs duties and other taxes (tariffs) are not included. If applicable, these must be borne by the recipient, who will also be responsible for all import costs and taxes generated at the destination customs, whether the goods are delivered or not.

We will attempt to dispatch the order as quickly as possible, but the recipient must take into account the destination country’s import regulations for the requested items, since Fiestify has no responsibility over them. Fiestify will also not be liable for delays caused by strikes, wars, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Fiestify will not be responsible for customs clearance delays, nor if local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in a shipment.

When an order is not collected by the recipient, it is returned to our suppliers. The shipment of the order, as well as the return to the warehouse, generates transport costs, which must be covered by the person who placed the order. Therefore, you will only receive the refund corresponding to the product return.

4. Order tracking
Once our suppliers dispatch your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can monitor the status and location of your package at any time through the carrier’s platform.

5. Shipping responsibility
Fiestify acts as an intermediary between you and our suppliers. Therefore, we do not assume responsibility for delays, losses, damages, or any other incidents that may arise during the transport and delivery of products. For any issues with order reception, you must contact our customer service so that we can manage the incident with our suppliers. However, the ultimate responsibility for logistics and delivery lies with our suppliers and the shipping company.

6. Products and images
The images and descriptions of the products in our store are for reference and come from our suppliers’ official catalog. There may be slight differences in colors, sizes, or details. We recommend that you carefully review the specifications on each product page before making your purchase.

7. Delivery and resolution for delay
Fiestify undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the consumer within the period expressly agreed between the parties or, failing that, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with Article 66 bis of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

If Fiestify fails to deliver within the mentioned period, the consumer will have the right to terminate the contract at no cost, provided that, after requiring the seller to deliver within an additional reasonable period, such delivery has not been made within that time.

8. Taxes, VAT, and international fees
All prices indicated on this website include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT / IVA) in Spain, which by default is 21%, unless the product is subject to a reduced or super-reduced rate, in which case the corresponding rate will be applied according to current regulations.

In case of sales outside the European Union, or to special territories such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the buyer may be exempt from paying VAT. However, these transactions may be subject to import taxes, duties, or other local fees, which are not included in the final price and will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

It is the responsibility of the international buyer to inform themselves of and assume any possible costs derived from customs or tax regulations in their country or region.
